Demon Girl: Mind Possession
Take a deep breath. And as I count back. From ten to one. I want you to feel your mind relax. I want you to feel your breath relax. The air flowing out of your lips. Your soft supple lips. You can feel the air flow out. You can feel your mind flow out. Like water slipping out of your lips. Flowing out like a stream. Streaming out of your mind. I want you to notice out it feels on your lips. Notice how relaxing it feels. How it feels to exhale. To exhale your mind completely. And as you inhale relaxation, you can exhale your mind's worries. You can exhale all resistance. All doubt. This is your reality. Your reality inside this moment. This moment arriving out of now. And as you hear my words. Your mind can sink down with each number. Each falling number from the count of ten. 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 yours mind is numb and relaxed. Your body feels heavy. Your body feels heavier and heavier. And as you exhale, I want you to really feel this happening to you. This is really happening to your mind. You are really relaxing. And that is okay. Your mind is giving up all reservations. You can completely turn off. Opening your mind up to this hypnosis. To your mind relaxing. Opening to your relaxation. Your mind is slowly opening. As I count down. Your mind is slowly opening. You are opening and relaxing right now. 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 you are listening. Your subconscious mind is listening. Listening As your mind sinks down. 5 4 3 2 1. This is happening to your mind now. From ten to one. From ten to one. Exhaling your thoughts now. And as you sink down. You can slowly feel your body grow heavier. You can slowly feel your body grow completely numb. Numb as if you were completely asleep. Your body becoming completely numb when you fall asleep. Your body goes completely asleep. And as I count backwards. You can feel your mind travel backwards into the back of your head. Tingling back there. You can feel relaxed. Breathing in, and out. You can feel how you are instinctively breathing in and out. Your body doesn't even think about that. It is as natural as the wind blowing through your lips. And as you exhale. You can feel your thoughts drift away from you. You can't hold on. And that is okay. It is okay to sink down into relaxation.Take a deep breath. And as I count backwards. You can feel your mind turn down. From ten to one. You can feel your mind relax now. And as you slip between the numbers. 5 4 3 2 1. You can notice how these words are true. You can notice these things are true. Your mind see it this way. And that is okay. It is okay to open your mind to these suggestions. You are open to my words.
